At Dark Star Gear, we approach each customer’s experience individually and with great care. If you purchase a holster from us and find that it does not meet your satisfaction, we encourage you to inform us of the reasons why. We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 14 days from the date you receive the item, as indicated by the tracking number. This policy allows you to choose between a refund or an exchange, depending on your preference. Your feedback during the return process is invaluable to us, as it helps in shaping our products and guiding future developments. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the refund to be processed, which we believe is an adequate timeframe considering our payment processing system and any potential unforeseen issues.
For returns initiated beyond the 14-day period, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the product upon receiving it to ensure it meets your needs. However, we are open to waiving this restocking fee if you have been in contact with us and are actively working through any issues with the help of our tips and tricks. Often, many concerns can be resolved with just a few minor adjustments on the user’s part.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds after 30 days from the receipt of the item.
