Got a few things that should be on the site somewhere.
Warranty/Returns/Exchanges: If the course of action involves a refund please allow 7-10 days for us to get the refund to you. Based on our payment processing and any potential issues this should be sufficient time to handle them.
Payments: Payment for items is not required until we are close to shipping. This means, for normal orders, the work has generally started or will be soon. For custom work this means any materials have been ordered and are on hand or we are starting it. A majority of our work will be stuff that we will not be stuck with should someone back out. Our lead times are growing and that happens as volume increases. No one should be without their money for too long if they don’t wish to be. Payment for items can be made at the time of order, respecting our refund policy.
